The Practices of Girls and Women Career Development (PGWOCADE) under the Chungu Mastering Program is dedicated to empowering adolescent girls and young women with essential leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal skills. This program, supported by The Rukwa Foundation, aims to help participants succeed in their personal, economic, and leadership journeys.

The Chungu Program was designed to bridge the gap in access to career and leadership guidance, life skills, and financial literacy among young girls in four wards of Sumbawanga Municipal. By focusing on these communities, the program provides participants with the knowledge and resources needed to navigate their personal and professional lives confidently. Ultimately, it seeks to break barriers to literacy and empower young women to achieve success in their future endeavors.
